Keeping it fun: help if gambling stops being fun
Find free help in your country
Form study is a hobby. Betting on it should stay one. We make a tool for reading form; we don't promise winners, and nobody should bet money they need.
Signs that it is time to stop and talk to someone
- Chasing losses.
- Betting with money meant for rent, bills or food.
- Borrowing to bet, or hiding it from the people close to you.
- Feeling anxious, ashamed or low about gambling.
